By accessing vaos.online ("the Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The VAOS platform
VAOS software is released under the Apache License 2.0. These Terms of Use govern access to this website only — they do not supersede the Apache 2.0 licence for the software itself.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Site to learn about VAOS, access documentation, and engage with the community. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the Site.
- Scrape content in a way that degrades performance for other users.
- Use VAOS branding (VAOS™, SceneLM™, OSTVAL™) without written permission from eye3.ai.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with the VAOS project or eye3.ai.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, design, and branding are © 2026 eye3.ai. VAOS source code is Apache 2.0 licensed — see License. Documentation is CC-BY-4.0 licensed unless otherwise noted.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and any information on it are provided "as is". eye3.ai makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted access.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eye3.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
7. External links
The Site links to external resources (GitHub, Discord, etc.). eye3.ai is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
